The Jersey Food Festival is a celebration of the iconic Jersey Royal potato and the bountiful seafood and dairy produce for which the Island is famous.
Well known for the unique blend of British and French cuisine found in Jersey, thanks to it’s location, this festival is all about celebrating the culinary treats the island has to offer.
Planned are a wide variety of activities from wine tasting, live entertainment, and cookery demonstrations showcasing the splendid food of Jersey. Along with ale trails and brewery tours, ‘pop up’ feasts, visits to oyster beds and wild food foraging on the shoreline.
The main star of the food festival is the seafood. As a small island, seafood is a popular and much requested dish, and there will be plenty of ways to sample the delights of the sea found in the coastal waters. Jersey is also home to 4 Michelin starred restaurants, making it a powerhouse of culinary experience. Meet the people responsible for making Jersey a foodie’s paradise.
